Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Junior Purchasing Agent to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. This role requires proficiency in SAP, manufacturing experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize SAP for procurement processes (Preferred)
- Prepare periodic reports and maintain accurate records
- Execute bids for services and parts using strategic sourcing methodology
- Verify invoice items, prices, and receiving signatures
- Gather necessary information for invoice payments
- Compile invoices for payment processing

Requirements:
- Reliable, able to commit to 40 hours per week
- Resides locally
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: Experience in manufacturing
- Preferred: Knowledge of SAP
