The Day Porter performs a variety of light duty tasks, as follows: Monday - Friday 9 - 3
Performs janitorial and cleaning activities within the established guidelines and assigned areas and shift (s) to ensure that quality standards, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
Maintaining paper supplies and the upkeep and cleanliness in the restrooms.
This includes and is not limited to sanitizing the sinks and surrounding areas, faucet handles, toilets, toilet bowls and surroundings, stalls, floors, door handles, mirrors, walls and dispensers within. Refilling soap, paper towel, toilet paper, toilet seat covers, and sanitary wax bags.
Reports shortages of cleaning supplies, equipment damage/malfunction in a timely manner.
Performs janitorial cleaning and dusting around the building corridors, elevators, stairways, and outdoors, which includes but is not limited to removal of any and all debris from areas listed.
Day Porter will also assist the Maintenance Manager with light duties as assigned.
