Commercial Custodial Worker Needed

We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain our clients' facilities. The appearance of a building reflects on the occupants in that building. A custodian's job is to make sure the appearance is clean and tidy. It is important for a custodian to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role. They will have self-motivation to create a routine that is fast paced but efficient. They must have pride in what they are doing and show it in their work. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in this custodial position.

Some responsibilities are (but are not limited to):

• dusting, high and low
• cleaning glass
• cleaning desktops, tabletops and counters
• removing garbage and replacing liners
• sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• cleaning bathroom facilities: toilets, urinals, sinks, floors, stall walls
• restocking toilet paper, paper towel, soap

We are willing to train the right person that is eager to learn and has the motivation to apply his/herself. This is a part time position but, with training, more hours could be obtained if desired. Day time hours are new construction cleaning (when available) and evening hours are commercial cleaning.
