RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the customer service team by being a seamless extension to get customers' needs meet in a timely manner.

  • Work with the agent to establish and meet office goals.
  • Maintain the office upkeep, reporting and guidelines
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous office experience in call center environment and office assistant related work a must
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license
    • Sign-on bonus for licensed professionals
    • Paid training to acquire licensing while on the job
