TLC Home Buyers is a professional real estate wholesaling company operating in multiple states with the central hub located in Morrisville, NC.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our growing team as a Sales Closer. We are expanding rapidly and looking for someone who is hungry to grow along with us. We aim to find great people who are SERIOUS ABOUT SUCCESS.

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads who have already expressed an interest in selling their property and turning them into contracts by negotiating and presenting a competitive offer. We provide a unique value for sellers by offering innovative solutions to help them sell their homes quickly

Strong Candidates:

· Will have a proven track record of success in sales and hitting sales goals.

· Be driven to find and overcome objections.

· Must be adaptable and solution oriented.

· Must want to be part of an energized, hungry, and growing team.

· Must be teachable and open-minded.

· MUST HAVE A GREAT WORK ETHIC

· MUST WANT TO MAKE SERIOUS MONEY

· Must be comfortable with an in-office position. This is NOT a remote and will NEVER be a remote position.
