- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, OR equivalent training and experience.
- Preferred HVAC Experience, though we’re willing to teach the right person with the right attitude.
- Preferred outside sales experience. If you don’t have any, we have a strong and collaborative team of seasoned sales associates to learn from, as well as other training opportunities.
