To make this happen it all comes down to the team behind the screen fulfilling these orders with accuracy, speed and attention to detail.

You’ll be working as an Order Processor and Fulfillment Associate. With this role you will be wearing multiple hats and learn a wide variety of daily tasks to keep operations running on schedule.

Part-Time to Full-Time hours available

Monday-Friday 9am-4pm

Job Duties:

  • Organizing drinkware orders by date needed for the printing team

  • Coordinating fundraiser delivery dates with sales reps in accordance with the company calendar

  • Communicating with reps for sample requests and order status

  • Polishing laser engraved drinkware

  • Packing online drinkware orders and checking for personalization accuracy with attention to detail

  • Fulfilling orders on time to ensure customers are satisfied

  • Creating shipping labels for drinkware orders and coordinating with UPS for pickups

  • Communicating with the inventory manager to ensure Item Reports are accurate

  • Delivering Fundraiser orders to schools when needed

  • Unloading incoming product shipments

  • Rotating and restocking product in the warehouse
