San Tan Ford is looking for a highly self-motivated individual to join our Rental Car Department. Rental Agents are responsible for assisting customers through the rental process. This includes but is not limited to completing rental contracts, discussing rental requirements and policies, checking customers in and out of vehicles, completing damage inspections with customers, accurately account for funds, and properly file all documentation according to policy, answering incoming phone calls for the Service and Rental Departments, setting service appointments, invoicing repair orders, filing, and accepting payments from customers. Rental Agents work along side with lot attendants and regularly provide instruction and assign tasks to them. This includes washing specific vehicles, moving units around, or completing special assignments.
