Job Description

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to join our team for a full-time position in a retail setting in Tishomingo,OK. This is a temp to perm or direct hire opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package.New graduates can be trained on how to be a PIC and support is provided from other locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify prescriptions
  • Manage pharmacy operations
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures to maintain professional practice standards related to dispensing pharmaceuticals
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal laws and regulations
  • Track and communicate regulatory changes
  • Ensure internal alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Provide supervision and oversight of pharmacy staff
  • Responsible for all activities and documentation related to dispensing medications
Pharmacy Hours
  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Schedule/Shift
  • Full-time preferred
  • Will consider a local pharmacist 2-3 times per month
Qualifications
  • Current and active Oklahoma State Licensed Pharmacist (no negative history)
  • Previous PIC experience preferred or previous management experience
  • Recent retail experience
  • New graduates welcome; training provided on how to be a PIC
  • Experience with Computer Rx preferred but not required
