Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Verify insurance benefits
- Posting payments
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Provide excellent customer support to patients
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Medical front desk receptionist
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with medical receptionist or medical office procedures is desirable
