Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as House Cleaner. House Cleaners are responsible for ensuring that residential properties are maintained in a clean and orderly condition. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization in all areas of the home.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and fixtures.
- Clean kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks on a rotating basis, blinds, base boards and ceiling fans.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition, reporting any issues or deficiencies to management.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Residing in Maricopa, Chandler or Casa Grande is preferred.
Schedule: Starting part-time with Maricopa Cleaners can lead to full-time opportunities as we grow and expand our team. Flexibility to work Saturdays may be necessary depending on client needs.
