Alliance Global Solution is seeking an Broadband Technician in Hanover, PA to join our expanding Fiber Optics team. In this role, you will be installing fiber in customers’ homes or businesses and setting up Wi-Fi equipment, while providing excellent customer service.
Applicants will be trained for pole drops and in-home installations. Alliance Global Solution provides a company vehicle, gas card, tools, and uniforms

Responsibilities:
- Customer-facing daily with meeting daily appointments Installation and troubleshooting of fiber and internet.
- Serve as customer resource for product and service recommendations that meet the customer’s needs.
- Meeting goals for installations.
- Being professional and courteous to clients.
- Maintaining accurate inventory.
- Required to travel within county areas.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work with basic tools: 28ft. extension ladders, drills, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.( Required)
- 1-2 years of intrusion alarm, low-voltage, construction or similar experience (Not Required but Preferred)
- Knowledge of smartphones and tablets
- Ability to work proficiently unsupervised.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, clean driving record, and drug screening.
- All candidates must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, attics and lift to 50 lbs.
- MUST LIVE 30 MILES within the Hanover, PA.
