Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Injection Molding Cell Operator to join our team You will help oversee and play and active roll operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate molding and assembly cell operations and activities including packaging final product
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Load and unload materials and package finished product
  • Maintain inventory counts
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the assembly cell.  Detailed training will be provided
  • Log and record readings for equipment and procedures 

​Qualifications:

  • Previous injection molding experience not required 
  • Familiarity with basic hand  tools
  •  Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
