• Mail-fed ex scanning, filing, distributing.
• Assistance with legal vendor invoice and payment processing
• Internal and external meetings coordination
• Work with IT for any on-site issues/equipment
• Data tracking and review
• Expenses reconciliation
• Assist with team meetings, planning and coordination
• Assist with any other special Legal Ops projects

Skills Needed:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum Requirements:
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
• 2+ years of administrative assistant experience required.
