Campus Courier

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Campus Courier to join our SumnerOne team at the Shawnee Missions School District Print Shop

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport print materials, documents, and packages between our print shop and Shawnee Missions Schools.
• Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of print orders with a focus on reliability and professionalism
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, verifying delivery details, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist in Print Shop production as needed when not delivering
• Follow established delivery protocols, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, dates, and recipient signatures
• Effectively communicate with the print shop team and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, with the ability to meet delivery deadlines consistently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment
• Possess a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years of age, and have a clean driving record
• Ability to carry heavy packages up
• Knowledge of the SMSD and surrounding areas is a plus
