Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siemens and Mitsubishi systems and the ability to lead small teams and projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement control systems using Siemens and Mitsubishi technologies.
  • Lead and manage small teams of engineers to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in control engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with Siemens and Mitsubishi control systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead small teams and projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
