Operations Assistant

*Duties:**
- Assist in managing daily operational tasks and projects
- Serve as a personal assistant to the Operations Manager by managing calendars and appointments
- Assist with HR related tasks
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering phone calls(on occasion)
- Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, clerk, or in project coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in calendar management, especially using tools like Outlook Calendar
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office for document management and collaboration
