Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at the Law Offices of Sylvia S. Costantino, Esq., LLC in Red Bank, NJ. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues, preparing and filing motions, writing briefs, and representing clients in family law matters.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience practicing in Family Law - minimum of two years
  • Excellent writing skills including drafting Motions, Briefs, Correspondence, and other Legal Documents
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and will train on My Case and Easy Soft programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Judicial Clerkship in Family Law, recommended but not required
  • Admission to New Jersey Bar and in good standing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

 

Compensation

  • Compensation commensurate with experience practicing exclusively in Family Law.
  • Salary plus bonus, and additional compensation based on generation of clients
