With also the consistency of never missing out on a day of work because the elements are not agreeing with the type of work. This is also a long term position with staying power No needing to drive to different locations or look for more work when the project is done.

Compensation: $23-$25/Hr.

Location: Front Royal, VA

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM.

Job Requirements:

• You have at least 2 years practical experience in the residential or commercial construction industry
• Working knowledge of metal stud work, sheet metal, general carpentry, HVAC or general metal work.
• Welding and/or electrical experience is a plus.
• You are reliable, dependable and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work
• Working within a team is your strong suit and you bring a collaborative environment to the team.
• Ability to lift up to 80-100 lbs. without assistance or with a partner.

**U.S. Citizenship required, background check and drug screen required as this is a government contractor**
