Job DescriptionJob Description

The Sales Office Assistant will assist the Office Manager with various administration tasks to include:

  • Warranty process
  • Reporting
  • Service Manager support
  • TSS Clerical Duties
  • Maintaining files and related systems and support

Requirements: 

  • The position requires an Associate’s Degree in Business or equivalent work experience of three to five years of administrative experience in office setting.
  • Must be proficient at an intermediate level with Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and Salesforce and Time & Attendance and Payroll systems

Base salary plus 5% annual bonus
