We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing items for shipping, noting item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details. You will also manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. This is a great opportunity to work for an established company with an excellent opportunity for advancement.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
  • Identify and resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies as they arise
  • Store items received in appropriate storage areas, documenting any changes
  • Collaborates and communicates with customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
  • Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
  • Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Be honest, punctual, and have a great work ethic
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills
