Appointment Setter

Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter at our office in Pasco County, Florida. The ideal candidate will excel in setting appointments, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and following our established systems and protocols.

Responsibilities

- Set appointments effectively and efficiently to meet daily targets

- Make 400-600 calls per day using our dialer system

- Inspire and persuade leads to convert from a "no" to a "yes" through effective communication

- Adhere to company systems and protocols for appointment setting

- Work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8 am to 4 pm or 12 pm to 8 pm.

- Rotating weekend shifts on Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm and Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm.

Requirements

- At least THREE years of previous call center experience

- Punctuality and reliability in attendance at work

- Ability to work scheduled days and hours consistently

- Strong sales and communication skills to effectively set appointments

- Comfortable working in an office environment in Pasco County, Florida.

Benefits

- Starting pay: $13-17 per hour, based on experience

- WEEKLY pay schedule

- WEEKLY bonuses based on sales performance ranging from $40 to $530 based on job value. Additional kicker bonuses of $100, $200, or $300 for achieving 4, 5-7, or 8+ confirmed sales in a week.
