Overview:
As a Staffing Agency Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting talented individuals with suitable job opportunities across various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and place candidates in positions that align with their skills, experience, and career aspirations. You'll work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job roles.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements, company culture, and long-term business goals.

4. Job Matching: Analyze candidate profiles and client job descriptions to make informed and strategic matches, ensuring alignment between candidate skills and client needs.

5. Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and managing communication throughout the process.

6. Offer Negotiation: Guide candidates through the offer process, including negotiating terms and conditions of employment, salary, and benefits on behalf of both candidates and clients.

7. Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating necessary paperwork, conducting background checks, and providing support to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor candidate performance and client satisfaction post-placement to ensure ongoing success and address any issues or concerns promptly.

9. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

10. Compliance: Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations, data protection laws, and employment standards.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or recruiting firm.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office Suite, and other recruitment software/tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- A proactive and results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service to candidates and clients.
