Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an individual to assist in a production role and handle some overflow customer service duties. We are a small online printing company based in Richmond, VA. We do not have a storefront, interactions with customers would be via email or text messaging (no face to face interaction). Computer skills/experience are a must. Design skills using the Adobe Creative suite are preferred, but not essential as long as there is an overall proficiency in PC based computer skills. Attention to detail, dependability and time management skills are critical. Production duties would include creating and printing labels using the UPS shipping site, as well as packaging outgoing orders and applying those labels for 2-3 hours per day with some other production duties. The remaining time would be spent learning our system and products to communicate with existing customers for order tracking/management as well as showing digital samples and communicating with prospective customers to land additional sales using our email and text platforms.
