Apeiron Sumus is looking for a Solution Assessment Consultant to join our team in United States. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments. Someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and tenacity and has previous Microsoft Technology sales experience. This person will bring new ideas, have a deep passion for the role and create ways to attain new accounts. 

Responsibilities:
  1. Assessment Implementation - Trusted advisor to consult on effective plan deployment and new opportunity developments. Able to qualify solution assessment opportunities, handover to Technical team for execution and position partners in the overall sales process.
  2. Customer Engagement - Receives the nomination and engagement with the customer may begin through contact to secure acceptance of the Letter of Engagement and orchestrates project delivery under a remote assistance model.  
  3. Orchestrate Assessment process - Manage and execute the activities required to perform a Solution Assessment in each account. Starts the data collection phase, executed under a tele-assisted model that includes remote installation, configuration, and execution of discovery tools, data collection, troubleshooting, data analysis, and the creation of the deliverable for the Solution Assessment. 
  4. Report Information and Migration Handover - Shares and fine tunes the report information with Microsoft Team and Designated Migration Partner prior to presenting the team’s Insights & Recommendations to the customer. Hand-offs the Assessment to a designated Migration Partner and Microsoft Field Team to act on the Migration Plan and Drive Consumption. 
  5. Partner and Supplier Relationship Management - Recommends Solution Assessment Partner (in case of partner delivered assessments) and coordinates end-to-end engagement with Partner

Professional and Technical competencies:
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software 
  • Familiarity with MS Cloud and PowerBI 
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills
  • Integrate consulting on Microsoft solutions and offerings in support of organizations’ business needs
  • Work with IT systems in support of collecting data
  • Self-Direction and a focus on quality, apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives

Desirable Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified | Azure Fundamentals | AZ-900
  • Microsoft 365 Certified | Fundamentals | MS-900
  • Microsoft Certified | Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) | MB-910

Personal Profile:
  • Required languages:  English
  • Educational level: Bachelor’s degree
  • Special conditions or requirements: Open to work on a global environment with different cultures and languages
  • This is a remote position
