Duties:

  • Apply herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers according to schedule and guidelines
  • Inspect lawns for signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies
  • Operate and maintain equipment including sprayers, spreaders, and other tools
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide recommendations
  • Keep accurate records of treatments, inventory, and client interactions
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Experience Required:

  • On-the-job training provided
  • No prior experience required, but advantageous
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions diligently
