We are currently looking for a full time CNC progammer for work in Canton.  We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 2 years of experience.  All shifts are available.  

Essential Responsibilities

  • Use a variety of software packages to generate machine code for fabricating sheet metal, copper, and fiberglass parts.
  • Understand the processes and tolerances needed to produce quality parts that match the prints.
  • Modify existing programs as needed to support the shop’s continuous improvement strategy or meet a quick turnaround time.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise. This may involve diagnosing errors, adjusting settings, or addressing mechanical problems.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of CNC Experience or a related field.
  • Very strong ability to read Blueprints.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required. Autodesk Inventor and Stryker preferred but not required.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as with other shop and office personnel.
  • Must be detail oriented and a self-starter.
  • May require long periods of sitting.
