The Picker and Packer is responsible for end-of-line inspecting and packaging of commercial filtration products.

In this function you will:

• Build shipping packages
• Label packages with attention to detail regarding product type and quantity.
• Inspect finished product for quality per standard work instructions.
• Put filtration products in appropriate packaging for shipment.
• Palletize packaging per standard work instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping in work area.
• Perform above work on one or more lines.

Qualifications:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Washington, PA facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Position Success Criteria:
• Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Required to lift up to 50 lbs
