Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Berthoud, CO

We are a growing company looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Berthoud, CO. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a 4-day work week with occasional overtime on Fridays, paid at time and a half. Additionally, we have a 3rd shift option from Friday to Sunday, where you can work 36 hours and get paid for 40.

Pay: $20-$24/hour DOE

Shift: 2nd shift: 4 pm- 2:50 am (Monday-Thursday) with overtime on Friday

3rd shift: Friday-Sunday, 6 am- 6 pm (will pay for 40 hours even though they're working 36)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain various machines, including forming machines.
  • Perform quality checks using calipers and micrometers.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
  • Conduct machine setup and basic maintenance.
  • Machine operating experience 
  • Manufacturing experience 
  • Utilize CNC machinery experience (preferred, but not required).

Qualifications:

  • Previous machine operating experience.
  • Experience with calipers and micrometers.
  • Ability to perform quality checks and maintain high standards.
  • Experience with CNC machines or setup is a plus.
