Candidate qualifications and responsibilities include:
 Current Illinois license: LCPC, LCSW or LMFT
 Active malpractice insurance
 Desire to build a caseload of 15 or more clients
 Provide assessment, treatment planning and therapy for clients and complete notes/paperwork in a timely manner
