We are currently seeking a Skilled Mechanical Tradespersons (Plumber, Electrical, Carpentry) to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of work and repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee or work alongside work that is performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction trades and related fields
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
