Job Title: Inventory Coordinator/ Materials Inspector
Pay rate: $19.50 and up DOE
1st shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Required Skills:

  • Both high power or low power scopes
  • SAP systems for inventory
  • Inventory Skills and experience
  • Kitting Assembler background
  • Running a machine.
  • Lots of computer work and counting

Job Description

The Materials Inspector screens, visually inspects, measures, and counts microelectronic piece parts including; die and wafer, caps, bases, lead frames, and various other components for assembly build. This role includes Quality Assurance-level inspection responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Counting-Basic skills involving counting many parts and other materials
  • Inventory System- Experience with any type of inventory system, for example, SAP, Oracle, etc..
  • Attention to detail to make sure they are paying attention to part numbers, qty, and lot numbers
  • Adaptive to Change-Priorities can change within an hour so they will need to be ok to be able to change the direction of things
  • Multi-Tasking-Need to be able to handle sometimes needing to do 1-2 things at the same time, not too much but needs to be ok with the possibility of it happening
  • Fast-Paced environment- This goes along with being able to adapt to change and multi-tasking, must be ok with certain times or items that become priority over other items
  • Inspects die and piece parts to various Military and Jedec standards using high and low-power microscopes.
  • Follows defined specifications and reaction paths.
  • Uses multiple hand tools to manually process delicate products without damaging components.
  • Stocks and issues materials for assembly build.
  • Trains employees on specs and processes used in the area.
  • Maintains well-organized and audit-ready work areas.
  • Utilizes computer-based manufacturing systems to move products and enter data.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally
  • Strong attention to detail
