Job Title: Nursery Technician (Ukiah)

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 21 years.
Experience in shipping and distribution settings is advantageous, but not required.
Familiarity with CRM and logistics software is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily tasks in the nursery, including adherence to feeding schedules, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs, and inventory cycles.
Catalog and maintain organization of plants, tags, and pruning biomass.
Uphold and follow cultivation department policies and procedures.
Wash and sanitize all equipment and surfaces to ensure they are free of pests, viruses, and diseases.
Adapt to various plant strains, styles, and types; adjust techniques to maintain level canopies and defoliation practices within the grow space.
Sort products based on visual cues and predetermined timelines.
Assist in organizing and preparing orders for delivery or pickup.

Technical Skills and Personal Attributes:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts with varied hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Preferred experience in agricultural propagation and young plant care.
Normal, corrective vision range, including color vision and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance.
Capable of climbing, pushing, pulling, stooping, grasping, walking, sitting, standing, bending, and reaching for the duration of the shift.

Job Type and Schedule:
Full-time position; 35-40+ hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential for weekend shifts during high-volume periods.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, commensurate with skills, experience, and location.

Location
Ukiah, CA 95482: Reliable commute or relocation plans are required prior to starting employment is required.

Experience:
Experience in cannabis cultivation and nurseries is preferred.
