Maintenance Director

Endless Mountain Extended Care, LLC is seeking a full time experienced Maintenance Director.  Endless Mountain Extended Care, LLC is a 3.5 Residential Drug and Alcohol treatment facility.  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full time 40 hour work week including emergency on-call duties as required or assigned.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must be skilled in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repair.
• Must have basic knowledge of computer software and office equipment i.e. phone, fax, scan, copier.
• Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality rules set forth by the facility as well as the Pa Department of Drug and Alcohol.
• Comply with all PA Department of Drug and Alcohol licensing standards and required trainings as well as facility trainings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor grounds and facility to ensure a neat and safe environment.
• Create, execute, and monitor all work orders and provide to CEO and Operations Manager
• Perform and or schedule maintenance of property equipment.
• Routinely inspect all fixtures.
• Complete minor and routine painting, plumbing, carpentry, and other related maintenance activities. 
• Refurbish vacant rooms quickly and efficiently for new admissions. 
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all staff and clients.
