Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the physical space ensures a safe, clean, and functional environment.
  • Perform general maintenance, installation, repair, and service
  • Effectively work with a variety of hand/power tools
  • Ability to use lawn care and snow removal equipment
  • Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
  • Act as a liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems
  • Ability to drive to the surrounding Sioux Falls area as needed
  • Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
  • Special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.
  • Efficient in completing daily tasks with limited supervision
  • Ensures tasks are resolved quickly

Position requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license
Reliable problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Capable of lifting loads above 50 pounds
