Plantation law firm seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to become a part of our team  Experience with Consumer Collections and knowledge of FDCPA preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court
  • Prepare and draft legal documents
  • Negotiate settlements 
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations

  • Florida Bar Member in good standing
  • Civil litigation experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salary based upon experience
