Job DescriptionJob Description

We’re actively seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our busy distributor team. As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll handle a variety of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including but not limited to:

  • Accurately and efficiently processing a high volume of invoices.
  • Conducting 3-way matches and coding invoices.
  • Managing check runs.
  • Assisting with month-end activities, reconciliation, and aging reports.
  • Engaging in heavy data entry.
  • Handling light collections.
  • Processing credit memos.

Requirements:

  • A stable work history in Accounting with 3+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
