A-Line Staffing is now hiring Accounts Receivable Representative in Monroeville PA 15146. The Accounts Receivable Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week .

Accounts Receivable Representative Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $18.55 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Accounts Receivable Representative Highlights

  • Hybrid: Mostly remote with 1-2 days on site a month. Must be willing to come onsite as needed.
  • Must live within 1 hour of Monroeville site , will be working in the office the first few weeks with possibility of some days remote and others in the office
  • The required availability for this position is: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm. Training Mon -Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Accounts Receivable Representative Responsibilities

  • Ensures timely credit balance resolution via refunds to patients, governmental agencies, and other third party payers.
  • Responsible for reviewing the validity of the credit balance by verifying accurate billing and posting procedures
  • Performs analytical activities for the reimbursement/collections department managing healthcare accounts receivable
  • Work in a fast paced and team focused environment to resolve credit balances for insurance and patient balances
  • Initiate refunds, offsets, and adjustments, analyze issues and search for solutions, and maintain supporting chronological notes that detail action taken to resolve outstanding balances.

Accounts Receivable Associate Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year experience performing account reconciliation/ account review/ account resolution
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Customer service skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
