We are seeking an energetic and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team You will be cultivating a classroom experience to meet each toddler's collective and individual needs.
With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you must love connecting with children and creating an engaging classroom environment. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Create lessons plans and follow a child led curriculum
  • Assist toddlers with developing social and emotional skills
  • Communicate with parents and other school personnel
  • Assess students’ skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
Qualifications
  • Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree, or a CDA
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
  • Problem solving and mediation skills
