Social Media Associate for New York based Activewear Apparel Brand

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Associate to join our dynamic ecommerce division. This entry-level position will specialize in creating and posting engaging content for TikTok, while also supporting our broader social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and more. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using social media applications, analyzing content performance, engaging with our online community, and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and create compelling content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Post and manage daily content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Use analytic tools to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with our community through comments and direct messages.
- Research and coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations.
- Participate in voiceovers and appear on camera to highlight our apparel in creative and engaging ways.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in voiceovers.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for activewear and the athleisure industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing.
Location:
This position is based out of our showroom in Manhattan's Garment District and is primarily in person.
