Essential Job Duties

• ? Directly move parts to each department for completion ensuring the processing of the proper paperwork
• ? Daily rounds begin with delivering parts to Sheet Metal, CNC, Welding, Detailing, and Assembly
• ? Daily collect all job orders on the production floor and verify information for accuracy
• ? Continually check each department throughout the day for completion
• ? Upon completion in detailing, parts are moved to next areas including oven, sheeter, press, and Customer Service.
• ? Coordinate the travelers and report errors to the Production Supervisor
• ? A Quality Discrepancy Report (QDR) is completed for parts that are to be returned to various departments

Other Duties

• ? Locate missing parts as needed
• ? Track the parts and paperwork when hot parts have been moved by another employee

Qualifications

• ?High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• ? Three years experience in a manufacturing environment
• ? Ability to operate forklift a must
• ? Must have excellent attention to detail and follow through on all work
• ? Perform work independently and as part of a team
