As a Commercial Electrician, you will perform new construction and tenant improvement projects at various locations throughout the Hawaiian Islands during the third shift.


Responsibilities

  • Install wires, cables and wire raceways
  • Run various conduit such as: EMT, PVC, MC Cable, Flex or Romex
  • Feed, pull and terminate wire and cable within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gears, receptacles and switches
  • Splice and terminate wires at junction points
  • Interpret blueprints, plans or schematics
  • Build, install and troubleshoot control panels
  • Refrigeration or HVAC motor control wiring is desired
  • Ansul system experience desired
  • Mentor and train apprentice electricians
  • Will perform other jobsite related duties assigned by the foreman
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of NEC and OSHA requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds regularly during your shift
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces, off lifts and in inclement weather
  • Available to overnight shifts and/or travel
  • Hawaiian journeyman electrical license is desired
  • Superior Electrical & Plumbing, Inc. is a service company providing customer service throughout Hawaii and other states. Travel may be required. Only local applicants will be considered for an interview
