Our law firm is currently seeking a Discovery Clerk to join our team You will be responsible for responding to discovery propounded on our personal injury clients. Work environment is fun and casual. No micromanagement but employees are expected to meet strict deadlines and work as a team. 

Experience Required

Responsibilities:

• Obtain medical records and other personal injury related documents and answer discovery questions
• Meet with clients, both in person and over the phone, and interview them to respond to the propounded discovery
• Prepare discovery into proper legal pleading format for review and signature by attorneys
• Serve timely responses to defense counsel

Qualifications: 1-2 years experience required

• College degree with requisite reading and writing skills a huge plus
• Spanish / Vietnamese speaking a huge plus
• Work well with others
• Willing to be part of a team
• Ability to successfully multitask and work in a deadline-based environment without micromanagement.
• attention to detail and desire to learn
