Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Litigation Attorney, you will be an integral part of our practice, advocating for clients in a wide spectrum of construction projects, both public and private..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Blueprint Analysis: Thoroughly review and interpret construction matters to provide sound legal advice and risk assessment.
  • Foundation Enforcement: Handle litigation and arbitration proceedings involving construction defects, delays, and contract disputes.
  • Scaffold Support: Offer legal support to our construction clients, from small contractors to large developers, ensuring they are protected on all fronts.
  • Toolbox Expansion: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in construction law and continuously hone your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or civil litigation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
