OVERVIEW

From Italy To Your Table Flora Fine Foods, the family-owned company whose business model centers around Genuine Italian Ingredients for Authentic Italian Cooking is looking for an eCommerce Specialist.

• Create, maintain, optimize, and improve our listings on various marketplaces, including FloraFoods.com, to increase product rankings and sales.
• Manage the product reviews on the marketplaces (Company Website, Amazon & Walmart)
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to improve ongoing sale numbers.
• Reconciling inventory sent to online vendors and inventory sold directly online at FloraFoods.com with sales records with detailed reports for accounting.
• Quick problem-solving skills in order to maximize effective listings and maintain positive reviews
• Ability to understand the economics of Fulfillment by Merchant versus self-fulfillment with product and shipping cost considerations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In need of a full-time e-commerce specialist in WooCommerce, Amazon, and Walmart Seller and Vendor Central accounts. Duties would include daily "walking the store," email response/ customer service, return verifications approval, listing and content management, content gathering, opening and managing cases with seller support, and file management.

Other duties as assigned. Prefer 5 years of hands-on Amazon Seller and Vendor Central experience, along with WordPress and WooCommerce experience. Prefer three years of Walmart Seller Central experience with explicit knowledge of onboarding and listing building operations and best practices. Must have built, optimized, and managed Amazon and Walmart eCommerce listings.

Candidate should be comfortable interacting with team members, customers, vendors, outside marketing experts, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate we seek must be detail-oriented and a team player with knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (FBM and FBA), Walmart Seller Central (WFS), and WooCommerce.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

•Very comfortable meeting deadlines

•Very comfortable working individually and as a team

•Excel, Database proficiency

•Able to take complete ownership of areas of responsibility

•Prefer Three years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, experience with listing building operations, and A+ Content.

•Prefer at least One Year of Walmart Seller Central experience with explicit knowledge of onboarding and listing building operations and best practices

•Must have: Experience working with WooCommerce and an understanding of WordPress.

•Solid knowledge of the Amazon marketplace

•Exceptional communication and customer service skills

•Detail focused, and quality oriented

•Excellent written and oral communication skills
