Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Condominium Doorman to help residents at the front door. This is an excellent opportunity for retired applicants looking for a few hours per week or applicants wishing to fill in shifts with another part-time position 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests.
  • Provide assistance with loading or unloading packages from resident vehicles
  • Monitor parking lot from interior position and report theft, violence, or infractions of rules
  • Assistance in maintaining clean appearance at condominium entrance
  • Warn residents and guests of parking rules and report noncompliance
  • Report any facility maintenance or safety issues

​Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle physical workload to include lifting of light packages
  • Friendly and helpful disposition
  • Maintain attention to detail during long periods of inactivity

Available Shifts:

  • ​Mondays and Thursdays, 8am to 5pm
