Practice Details
Sanford USD Medical Center Emergency Department is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Emergency Medicine Trained Physician, with either board certification in general pediatrics or adult emergency medicine, to join our group.
- Join four Pediatric Emergency Medicine trained physicians
- Physician coverage doubles and triples throughout the peaks of the day to ensure quality 24/7 care
- Opportunity consists of clinical work and teaching
- Physician will have a dual role in the ED and Pediatric Department in the training/teaching of the residents
- CT scanner located in the ED, 32 individual patient rooms with 3 large trauma bays
- Central Monitoring throughout the entire unit
- AirMed Program has two fixed-wing planes and one helicopter
- Level I Verified Adult & Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 47,000+ encounters per year
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive hourly salary with a night differential, with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance
