Reports to the Accounting Manager of Property Operations

The A/P Coordinator at Northwood Ravin will be responsible for accounts payable for operating properties including, but not limited to, reviewing and entering invoices, and printing and mailing checks.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable for operating properties
  • Manual entry of coded invoices, upload invoices into OPS Technology
  • Ensure all invoices have proper approval for payment
  • Print checks and ensure address and amounts agree with invoice
  • Researching items as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of A/P experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
