Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Experienced Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve communication with clients, researching and recommending travel options, and coordinating travel logistics.

 

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in the travel industry and working in a travel agency
  • Ability to create and manage travel arrangements
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and tour operators
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in customer satisfaction and exceeding customer expectations

This position is from Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST.
