Job DescriptionJob Description

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate Brown & Sharp Global Advantage CMM using PC-DMIS.
  • Program and operate portable 7 Axis Romer arm with Verisurf.
  • Perform model base inspection per digital product definitions and requirements.
  • Perform mechanical inspections as required using manual inspection tools.
  • Perform in process inspections as required on the shop floor.
  • Strong surface plate knowledge layout inspection a must.

Qualifications:

  • Must understand engineering drawings, GD&T, aerospace specifications and standards
  • Must be familiar with and able to produce AS9102 Forms
  • Must be able to use all standard measuring equipment
  • Must have knowledge of AS9100D Quality System.
  • 5 years minimum Aerospace Experience a must
  • 3-5 years minimum experience with PC-DMIS a must
